Amazing location, close to the old town, with parking available nearby. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with a big bed, 2 sofas, kitchen amenities, and a washing machine. Easy check-in/out with a convenient lockbox. Highly recommended for a comfortable and clean stay.

The value for money at Sunrise Tampa Residence was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable big bed. The location was absolutely amazing, just a short walk to the city center pedestrian area, yet still quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great touristic advice. Highly recommend this property instead of a 4-star hotel room!

Breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being within walking distance of the old town and right in the heart of the city. the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-decorated, with a large bedroom and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. the view from the bedroom was also quite lovely, adding to the overall charm of the accommodation.

Some of the neighbors were not friendly, which could make you feel uncomfortable at times.
